Exornia s.r.o. · Nitra, Slovakia

Building people. Building futures.

We supply verified industrial workers to manufacturing, automotive supply and logistics operations across Slovakia and Central Europe. Every profile is interviewed, checked and presented honestly.

Who we are

Who we are

A workforce partner that answers the phone, knows the plant and sends the right person.

Exornia was founded in Nitra to solve a problem every production manager recognises. Lines stop because people do not arrive, or because the person who arrives cannot do the work described on paper. We built the company around fixing exactly that.

We work with warehouse and logistics staff, production workers, welders and fitters, electricians, mechatronics technicians, pipe fitters, maintenance staff and installation crews. Each one is interviewed by a person and briefed before the first shift begins.

Who we are

Who we are

Eight profiles, sourced properly

Eight core trades, prepared for real production environments.

01

Warehouse and logistics workers handling goods in a professional storage and distribution environment.

Warehouse and Logistics

Warehouse and logistics work rewards people who keep a steady rhythm through a full shift.

02

Industrial production workers operating in a modern manufacturing environment.

Production Workers

Production is where consistency matters more than speed.

03

fitter

Welders and Fitters

Welding and fitting is the trade where documentation counts.

04

electrician

Electricians

Industrial electricians carry responsibility that reaches beyond their own task.

05

mechatronics

Mechatronics

Mechatronics sits where mechanics, electrics and control meet, and it is the hardest profile to source honestly.

06

pipefitter

Pipe Fitters

Pipework is judged on alignment and on the joint that never has to be revisited.

07

maintenance

Technical Maintenance

Maintenance decides how much a plant actually produces.

08

installation

Installation and Support

Installation crews work away from the comfort of a fixed hall, often to a short window agreed with a client who is losing production while the work runs.

Principle

Principle

Building people. Building futures. We measure our work by how long the people we place stay, and by how often a client calls us before they call anyone else.

Industries

Industries

Where our people work

Select a sector to read how we staff it.

Manufacturing

Manufacturers come to us when a line is short of people and the order book is not.

Automotive Suppliers

Automotive suppliers work to customer audits and to a takt that does not forgive absence.

Logistics and Warehousing

Distribution centres run on peaks.

Industrial Production

Heavy industry asks more of a worker than a light assembly cell.

Technical Maintenance

Maintenance departments are usually the first to feel a shortage and the last to get help.

Installation and Support

Projects run to a window that was agreed months earlier and cannot move.

Approach

Approach

01

Honest profiles

A profile that oversells a candidate wastes a shift and damages trust. We describe what a person has actually done, where they are strong and where they will need support. Clients tell us this is the difference they notice first.

02

Practical detail

Placements fail on logistics far more often than on skill. Transport, accommodation, documents, protective equipment and the first day route into the plant are handled before arrival, not improvised afterwards.

03

Respect for the worker

People who feel treated fairly stay. We explain the role, the pay and the conditions clearly before anyone commits, and we remain reachable after placement. Retention is the natural result of that, not a slogan.

04

Long term cooperation

We prefer a small number of clients we know well to a large number we serve once. Knowing a plant, its shift culture and its supervisors is what allows us to replace a worker in days rather than weeks.
