Workforce

Eight profiles we know in detail

We do not claim to cover every profession. We cover eight industrial profiles properly, with verified qualifications and honest notes on what each person can actually do.

Profile 01

Profile 01

01

Warehouse and logistics workers handling goods in a professional storage and distribution environment.

Warehouse and Logistics

Warehouse and logistics work rewards people who keep a steady rhythm through a full shift. We supply order pickers, packers, goods receipt operatives, stock controllers and forklift drivers who already understand scanners, pallet handling and the discipline of a live inventory.

Every candidate is checked for the practical detail that decides whether a shift runs smoothly. Valid forklift authorisation, previous work in a rack served warehouse, comfort with cold or ambient environments, and the ability to hold accuracy when volume rises before a cut off.

  • Order pickers and packers
  • Forklift and reach truck drivers
  • Goods receipt and dispatch operatives
  • Stock control and inventory support
    Shift and team leaders

Profile 02

Production Workers

Production is where consistency matters more than speed. We place assembly operatives, machine operators, quality inspectors and packing staff into lines that run in two or three shifts, where a single unreliable position costs the whole cell its output.

We look for people who have already worked to a takt time, who can read a simple work instruction, and who accept the reality of rotating shifts. Where a client works to IATF or ISO standards, we brief candidates on what that means on the floor before they arrive.

  • Assembly and line operatives
  • Machine operators and setters
  • Quality control and visual inspection
  • Packing and labelling
  • Line leaders

03

fitter

Welders and Fitters

Welding and fitting is the trade where documentation counts. We supply MIG, MAG, TIG and stick welders together with structural and pipe fitters, and we ask for certification, process experience and material knowledge before a profile ever reaches a client.

Where a role requires a specific standard, we confirm the candidate has worked to it rather than simply claimed it. Clients receive the certificate references, the processes covered and an honest note on where the person is strongest.

  • MIG, MAG and TIG welders
  • Stick welders
  • Structural fitters
    Pipe fitters
  • Grinders and finishers

Profile 04

Profile 04

Electricians

Industrial electricians carry responsibility that reaches beyond their own task. We place cabinet builders, maintenance electricians and installation technicians who work to European wiring practice and who understand why a plant stops for a fault they did not cause.

Qualifications are verified, and we are direct with clients about the scope a person can genuinely cover. An electrician who is excellent on cabinet assembly is not automatically the right choice for line maintenance, and we say so.

  • Control cabinet builders
  • Maintenance electricians
  • Installation technicians
  • Cable and tray installation
  • Testing support

mechatronics

Automated cell, calibration and setup

Mechatronics

Mechatronics sits where mechanics, electrics and control meet, and it is the hardest profile to source honestly. We supply technicians who maintain automated cells, change tooling, diagnose sensor and drive faults and keep robots producing.

These candidates are interviewed on real situations rather than a list of keywords. What they did when a cell stopped, how they isolated the fault, and who they escalated to. The result is a shorter settling in period on the client side.

  • Automation and robot cell technicians
  • Maintenance mechatronics
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Sensor and drive diagnostics
  • Tooling changeover

Profile 06

Profile 06

Pipe Fitters

Pipework is judged on alignment and on the joint that never has to be revisited. We supply fitters who read isometrics, set flanges to tolerance and prepare joints properly before a welder ever arrives at the position.

Candidates are asked about the media they have worked with, the pressure classes they know and the standard of documentation their previous sites demanded. Everything they claim is checked against a reference where one exists.

  • Process and utility pipework
  • Flange and gasket assembly
  • Isometric reading and setting out
  • Pressure test support
  • Insulation and support brackets

maintenance

Technical Maintenance

Maintenance decides how much a plant actually produces. We place mechanical and general maintenance technicians who run planned rounds, react to breakdowns and keep an honest record of what was changed and why.

We look for people who can work alone on a night shift without escalating every fault, and who know when a repair has reached the point where the specialist has to be called.

  • Planned preventive maintenance
  • Mechanical breakdown repair
  • Bearing, belt and gearbox work
  • Lubrication and inspection rounds
  • Spare part handling

Profile 08

Installation and Support

Installation crews work away from the comfort of a fixed hall, often to a short window agreed with a client who is losing production while the work runs. We supply teams who understand that pressure and who arrive with the right equipment.

Site work asks for flexibility, tidy method and a willingness to travel. We are direct with candidates about that before they accept, which is why the crews we send stay for the whole project.

  • Machine and line relocation
  • Structural and frame mounting
  • Conveyor and equipment installation
  • Commissioning support
  • Site dismantling and clearance
