Process

Five steps from brief to a working team

Our method is deliberately unglamorous. It is a sequence of checks, and each one exists because skipping it has cost someone a shift.

Method

01 OF 07

01

Requirement

We start with a conversation about the operation rather than a job title. Shift pattern, line speed, physical demands, language on the floor, protective equipment, and the realistic date the first workers are needed. What comes out of it is a written brief both sides agree on.

02

Sourcing

We search inside our own registered pool first, then extend to partner networks across Slovakia and the wider European labour market. Sourcing is targeted at the trade in question, so a welding requirement is not answered with general production profiles.

03

Pre filtering

Every candidate is interviewed by a person. We verify certification, confirm relevant experience, check right to work in the European Union, record language ability honestly and note the earliest realistic availability. Profiles that do not fit are not forwarded.

04

Presentation

You receive a short, comparable set of profiles rather than a long list. Each one states the trade, the verified qualifications, the previous plants or sectors worked in and the availability, so a decision can be taken quickly.

05

Documentation

Contracts, registrations and the practical paperwork are prepared before arrival. Where accommodation and transport are part of the arrangement, we coordinate them so that a worker starts the first shift rested and on time.

Timing

Timing

For standard production and warehouse roles the first profiles usually reach a client within a few working days. Certified trades take longer, because verification is the part we refuse to shorten.
